Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Forshaa!

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Forshaa. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. Product Information

Forshaa makeup brushes are crafted with exceptional quality, using premium materials to ensure high performance and durability. Please note that while we strive to display product images as accurately as possible, actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen display differences.

2. Orders

Once you place an order, it will be processed and shipped according to the timeline below. Please ensure all order details are correct before finalizing your purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Estimate:

  • The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan: 2–4 business days
  • GCC, Lebanon, Iraq and Egypt: 7 business days
  • International shipments: 10–14 business days, depending on location

Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on courier services, customs processing, and external factors beyond our control.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices displayed in local currencies are based on approximate exchange rates for convenience. All orders will be charged in USD at checkout.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards via secure payment gateways.
  • Cash on Delivery is only available within the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
  • USD<>JOD exchange rate for COD orders is 0.709 rounded up to the nearest 0.05 JD.

4. Cancellation Window

At Forshaa, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure quick delivery of orders. Therefore, you may request to cancel your order within 15 minutes of placing it. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

5. After the 15-Minute Window

 If the cancellation request is made after 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled. In such cases, the sale will be considered final.

6. Non-Refundable Products

Due to hygiene standards and our commitment to customer safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup brushes once they have left our facility or been delivered. We hope you understand this policy is in place to ensure every customer receives new, unused products. If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please refer to the Refund Policy.

7. Customs and Local Charges

Forshaa is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. These fees, if applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forshaa shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages related to the use of our website or products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, is the exclusive property of Forshaa. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

10. User Obligations

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes. You must not engage in activities that could harm, disable, or impair the website or interfere with other users’ access.

11. Force Majeure

Forshaa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, internet or power outages, or governmental restrictions.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
