2. How should I clean and care for my brushes?

3. How often should I replace my brushes or sponges?
With proper care, brushes can last for years. Sponges, however, should be replaced every 1–3 months, depending on usage.
4. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery estimate:
- The Hashemite kingdom of Jordan: 2-4 business days.
- GCC, Lebanon and Egypt: 7 business days.
- International shipments: 10-14 business days depending on location.
The actual delivery date will be provided by the courier.
6. Can I return or exchange my order?
Due to hygiene standards and our commitment to customer safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges on makeup brushes once they have left our facility or been delivered. We hope you understand this policy is in place to ensure every customer receives new, unused products.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. Cash on delivery is only accepted in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
