Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Forshaa, we are committed to delivering your order in a timely, secure, and professional manner. Our handling and shipping processes are carried out in partnership with our trusted logistics provider, Aramex.

1. Delivery Method

All orders are processed, packed, and shipped through Aramex to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or message so you can monitor its status.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days prior to dispatch. For orders shipped to Lebanon, Syria, and Turkey, processing may take up to 4 business days.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan: 2–4 business days.
  • GCC, Iraq and Egypt: 7 business days.
  • Others: 10–14 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather, or courier-related issues beyond our control.

3. Shipping Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order has been dispatched, along with the tracking information.

4. Shipping Charges

  • The Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan: Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package (per each 5kg). Unless a free shipping campaign is running.
  • Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brunei, Cambodia, Cameroon, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Georgia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Luxembourg, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritius, Monaco, Morocco, Nepal, Netherlands, new Zealand, Northern Ireland, Oman, Singapore, Somalia, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Switzerland, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Türkiye, Uganda, Canary island, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Djibouti, Ireland, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kenya, South Korea, Kuwait, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Pakistan, Philippines, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Rwanda, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Scotland, UAE, UK, Uzbekistan, Vatican city, Vietnam, Wales: Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package. Unless a free shipping campaign is running.
  • Others: Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the package. The exact amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package is late or lost, please contact the shipping carrier first.

6. Failed Delivery

  • Within Jordan: If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or failed delivery attempts, the delivery fee will not be refunded.
  • International Orders: If a shipment cannot be delivered for any reason, the customer remains responsible for the full cost of the order, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Customs / Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in Forshaa’s shipping rates.

Forshaa reserves the right to update this policy at any time. All changes will be reflected on this page.
