At Forshaa, customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. For this reason, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on makeup brushes. This policy ensures that each customer receives brand-new, unused products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Email us at info@forshaa.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will evaluate the case and offer a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

3. Lost Packages
